Connecting Franchisees & Franchisors

Advantages of Franchising

What can a franchise do for an entrepreneur that he cannot do for himself?
Buying a franchise means that you are buying into a functioning and proven business model. There is a significantly lower rate of failure for franchisees than for entrepreneurs with original business concepts. Almost 80% of new business start-ups fail each year, but with a franchise you will be buying into a proven and successful concept. Additionally, many franchises profit because the items/services they sell already have a name and a reputation behind them.

What if I want a large business. Is there a large business association?

That’s a good goal, but why don’t you start with a small business and go from there. ;)

It seems to me that if you want to start out in business, franchising is the way to go.

First, you don’t have to spend months or years developing a business model and analyzing your target demographics. That’s already done for you!

Second, why spend tens of thousands of dollars on advertising your product or service when a franchise has already done the ground work.

you hit the ground running instead of crawling.
