There are a few ways to interpret your score: If your score was a perfect “60″, you’re unbelievable – literally. If, like most people, your score was somewhat less than perfect, there is an important exercise you should perform to help you analyze and benefit from the results.

In each statement, there were key words or phrases that were bolded that represent the core issue. List 5 core issues in which your scores were below average, and do the same with the core issue in which you were superior. (if necessary, list more than 5 in each category)

For the core issues that are listed “below average“, try to work towards gaining stronger skills; Your hiring strategy in business should include individuals with more strength in these areas.
